Feds Reported Investigating Morgan Stanley

Federal prosecutors are reportedly investigating claims that Morgan Stanley (MS) misled investors. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that, according to people familiar with the matter, the firm misled investors on mortgage derivatives deals it designed then bet against.
